**Shaun’s place is great. It is exceedingly clean and well supplied with anything you may need for a trip. He was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we have encountered. We will look for it as our first option when we come back to Cedar City.
**This was my first short term rental experience and Shaun was wonderful! The house was very clean and had everything (and more) that we needed for our stay. **We really enjoyed staying at Shaun’s place and wished we had more time to explore. It was very easy to get in and out. The property had every item we could wish for and Shaun made sure to finish every detail. We did not once go looking for something and not find it. Shaun communicated frequently with us and was very quick to respond. There was a big storm that went through town while we were there and Shaun took the extra step to check on us. Five stars all the way.
